Please firstly try to use troubleshooter tool to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ X86 Minimum Runtime.
You can download the troubleshooter tool from here, run it and select "Uninstalling". Select the corresponding runtime and click to uninstall it.
If above troubleshooter tool doesn’t work, please try the method that shared by Brynne Stevens here => Incapable of uninstalling or repairing C++ redistributables.
