I cannot change Network Settings for Azure Machine Learning Workspace

Today, I suddenly cannot add or change Azure Machine learning workspace network settings.

When I add or remove IP addresses from network setting, saving looks not work. It will change back to the original setting.
I tried to setup allow all network access, but it also not work, the setting just keep as it was after saving changes.
I also tried in another subscription, same issue.

Is Azure ML workspace Portal down?

It appears that the issue with adding or changing network settings in your Azure Machine Learning workspace was likely caused by a temporary network or service issue. After retrying, we were able to successfully update the settings.

Possible causes of the problem could have been:

Temporary Network Glitch: Network instability might have prevented the settings from being saved.

Service Outage or Latency: There could have been a temporary Azure service issue impacting the network configuration. Try to logout and login back may solve the issue.

Browser Cache: Cached data in your browser might have caused settings to revert. Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.

Once the issue resolved, you were able to proceed with modifying the network settings as expected.
