Bootable Media (USB) cannot be created after Hotfix for v 2403

It seems like we’ve tried all the recommended solutions, but it’s still not working.

Let’s try manually creating the media through the command line. Use the following PowerShell script and replace the variables accordingly.

How did you make your selection in this step? You might consider creating an ISO file first then burning it to a USB drive.
