How to set MDM for Intune Co-Managed devices to Intune

Hello,

All our devices are HAADJ and co-managed using configuration manager and Intune.

The MDM user scope in Intune is set to all devices, all devices are uploaded to Intune and all workloads are switched to Intune. Auto-enrollment in Intune works perfectly.

All our devices are receiving policies from Intune without issues.

The only thing I can't find is how to set the MDM authority in Intune for those devices to Intune.
They keep showing as MDM: Microsoft Configuration Manager and the "Manage" button is greyed out.

I've tried clearing the registry keys in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DeviceManageabilityCSP

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CCMSetup

But that doesn't solve it.

Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Per my understanding, you would like to set the MDM authority to Intune for these co-managed devices, not to transition from Configuration Manager co-management to Intune-only management. If I have misunderstood anything, please feel free to let me know.

Could you please share the screenshot of the device under Devices | Windows and double check the Intune managed workloads.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
