The issue is affecting multiple Samsung devices running Android 14. Not sure when the change happened, but the users are no longer able to "Add contact" from "personal dialler" to "work contacts". In the past when trying to "Add contact" you would get a prompt and could select "contacts" app from work profile, which would allow saving contacts to work profile.
I tried clearing defaults for the apps, but I can't get the option to save contacts to work profile. Pretty sure the policies hasn't changed. Text can be copied to the work profile and files saved in the personal profile can be accessed in the work profile.
How others are dealing with the contacts between personal and work profiles? Maybe you have a reliable way to copy contacts from personal to work profile?
