Identity Validation fails without explanation

After going through the process of Identity Validation for Azure Trusted Signing, 1 month of back and forth and uploading extra documents, the process has failed without any feedback. Can anyone provide any extra information. The validation ID is d62988da-58bd-4100-b154-d7c5c446c316
