How to add more than 3 email addresses to Defender Dark Web Monitoring
Hello!
The Defender App dark web monitoring service in the iOS and desktop apps will not let me add more than 3 email addresses for monitoring. I am able to add 3 email addresses without issue and at one point, I was able to add 5 email addresses and then the app crashed and reset for some unknown reason and lost all of my saved monitoring information including non email data.
Now when I attempt to add an address beyond the 3 addresses already loaded, I receive an error message that says “something went wrong, wait a bit.” I have tried adding more than 3 email addresses on 3 different devices, 2 iphones (iPhone 8 and iPhone 11) and 1 Win 11 laptop, and I keep getting the same error message across all devices, and after waiting for hours to try again. I have tried rebooting devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still have the same error. All devices’ software are updated to current OS etc.
Any suggestions?
