Trusted Signing identity validation status failed

I have tried to do identity validation for my company but it failed (identity validation id: 43fe566e-c45b-497e-805b-338ca315664b) .

All data is correct in the request.

Where and how I could get more information about the reason for failed validation?

    Hello, Looks like you keep missing email verification step in the process. Primary email address receives a link, this link expires in 7 days.

    Primary Email Enter the email address associated with the legal business entity undergoing validation. Part of the Identity Validation process, a verification link is sent to this email address and the link expires in seven days. Ensure that the email address can receive emails(with links) from external email addresses.
