Hi experts,

My office is use a computer windows server 2012 R.2 run as gateway to connect the internet, VPN, routing another site...

NIC details

  • Nic 1, name "wan" to connect internet. IP 10.0.0.2/24
  • Nic 2, name LAN (connect local network 1). IP 192.168.2.0/24 - wire connection. This network have a different gateway with ip 192.168.2.1/24 connect to another sites of company.
  • NIC 3, name Wifi (local network 2, just for wireless connection) IP 10.10.10.0/24

Now I've trouble about route from local networks 2 "wifi" as follow:

  • If clients connect the LAN network (IP 192.168.2.0/24) everything is ok, working normal but when clients connect over wireless (IP 10.10.10.0/24) do not ping to 192.168.2.1 however can ping to every single ip in network LAN (192.168.2.0/24) except 192.168.2.1 of course :( and WAN (10.0.0.0/24). So, did't connect to another site of company, this is big truoble

This computer runs RAS, DHCP, DNS, AD... All services run without error

Please help me solve that trouble. Thanks so much.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Check routing table and ensure that there's a route from10.10.10.0/24 to 192.168.2.0/24.

2.Check firewall settings and ensure that there's no middle device blocking the traffic.

3.Run Win + R, press "services.msc" and restart Routing and Remote Access to check if issue resolved.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
