Updates not installed during windows maintenance

Afternoon!!

We have correct windows maintenance 68% devices are compliance so we have more than half of devices up to date with this maintenance window. So deploy, boundaries and windows maintenance it's correct.

I need to know two questions...:

1- We have SUG with différents KB's for monthly rollup for example. When you deploy the SUG and have windows maintenance configured, I assume that the updates doesn't install UNTIL all needed updates are not downloaded or already to install. Right? Because as I can see, my clients download 2 of 3 updates and two days later devices download it correctly and automatically.

2- How can I determine if my DP's or Primary site have connection errors in a specific date?

I saw the following on logs:

I have more clues in another logs but here is very very obviously that the client doesn't know have pending downloads. We have window maintenance for 15/09 from 08:00AM to 12:00PM (4 hours)

So...... Content has downloaded after the windows maintenance.
Is this the root cause why KB's are not installed?

Why client doesn't know? Because I upload it Friday 13/09 and this device for example download it Sunday at 15:32 PM

What's up these days? Why doesn't download the update in 2 days?

You have window maintenance for 15/09 (Sunday) from 08:00AM to 12:00PM (4 hours), but the device download it Sunday at 15:32 PM, does the device has the same time zone as the maintenance window? By default, the maintenance window do not use the UTC time zone.

This windows maintenance have a lot years working fine ... It's not problem like this... It's just this weekend and 106 devices, the rest up to date correctly during maintenance window.

I need to troubleshoot, but I don't know where start xD

I don't know how updates works in maintenance... First download all and later install?

Why not downloaded during windows maintenance? and downloaded at Monday...

You may start from checking ServiceWindowManager.log on clients, it records details about the evaluation of maintenance windows.

Hi! Yes, I can add the log but I think is not the problem, the problem is that server can't reach the distribution point to download the content. It's very clear... But I don't know why they can't reach the distribution point, this is what I should find...

Why the devices can't reach the distribution point during weekend only... Because Monday download the content correctly...

Can someone help me with this?

Morning,

I check it but for example, the updates was installed at weekend,... For example the updatedeployment.log is overwrite ..... I have no info about it ...

At other hand what I can see is this:

Not reporting any download events to server. No recent downloads found .

In contenttrasfer.log

After one weekend, at monday, the update download correctly as you can see in the screenshot.

I don't know why, because I can see how the list of DP is empty:

After few days as you can see... Parse download completion...

0 distribution points discovered:

With click buton - open in new tab you can see the image with good resolution.
