Help with sign-in problem

When I try to connect to e specific network it says "Can't connect because sign-in requirements for your device and the network aren't compatible, please contact your IT support" . Can you please help me with that?

    this generally means the network you are trying to connect with requires security software be installed on your device. if the security software is installed, then your device is not in compliance with the security requirements.

    as suggested, contact the admin of the network you are trying to connect with and get their requirements.
