How to upgrade apps and services from TLS1.1 to TPS 1.2?

As an Azure subscription holder I received an email advising that I need to upgrade TLs1.1 to TLS1.2 for all dependent services before October 30 2024.
I have absolutely no Idea of how I might achieve this?
Online articles are complex and way beyond my experience.
I use Azure to build, code and host web based apps.

2024-09-24T17:21:00.31+00:00 There was no specific application mentioned only that ALL applications using TLS1.1 should be upgraded to TLS1.2 ?
The only reason I received it was because I am an Azure customer.
I have 2WebForms Applications, 3 Azure Databases and and a basic VM which I use to run ReportServer. I design and build apps and code in C#.
TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 are things of the dark arts from middle earth :)
