Direct line bot not able to post message to Dynamics 365 Omnichannel messaging endpoint

So I have Dynamics 365 Customer Services Module and have installed Omnichannel solution.

I am using a custom channel in Dynamics 365 and using Direct Line channel bot for communicating to my custom utility.

I have recently started getting 502 Bad Gateway error when direct line bot tries to post message to Omnichannel Callback URL.

Same error in postman and JavaScript API too.

This was working previously.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, there is an ongoing issue about Omnichannel, not pretty sure if the one is exactly the same one. As the last update on Sept 19th, this issue still need more clarify.

    We need to check on the backend connection data but we can not do it in the public forum. So, I am happy to enable you a free ticket for this case, if you have no support plan, you can leverage this ticket to connect with a support engineer so that they can help you to check if you are in the same boat.

    Please let me know if you want to do so, I will update here for the ongoing issue about bot service as well if there is any news.
