Configuration Manager console closes unexpected

I have integrated MDT with SCCM and it works well for years. But recently, we have encountered a strange problem, the SCCM console will close itself unexpectedly when I try to create an MDT task sequence. Do you have any ideas?

1,Please help check the SmsAdminUI.log and Smsprov.log to see if there is any error. The logs will record configuration Manager console activities.

2,We can try to repair or reinstall the Configuration Manager console via control panel when the console is either crashing or not working as expected.

3,What version of SCCM you are using? If you are using SCCM 2403, you can try to fix the issue by following steps mentioned in the below link, configure the MDT forms extensions (XML files) to use https instead of http per this great post by Ahmed:
