I have configured android devices on the Intune enterprise portal (FULLY MANAGED profile)
I have deployed an Android application from the Intune portal.
Type: managed google play store app
Assignments: Required (I entered a group of users)
Unistall: Group mode - included (I entered a specific user group)
The app won't uninstall automatically and I can't uninstall it manually, because it appears:
"UNINSTALL: THIS package is required by the device administrator or the work profile itself."
What am I doing wrong ?

From your description, I know you want to uninstall apps on Android device but failed.
Based on my research, if you want to uninstall one app, you can just assign group under Uninstall and after sync the app will be uninstalled.
The reason why you failed to uninstall the app and got error message is probably you not only add All Users under Required but also add some user groups Under Uninstall, that may cause some conflict, so if all the users have installed the app successfully, you can remove All Users under Required and just leave the user group you want to uninstall under Uninstall and sync with Intune, the app may uninstall successfully.

Thank you for your answer, but I still have important doubts.
If I delete from the "REQUIRED" users group, automatically those who are to receive the program will not receive it! true?
Or even, could they find themselves without the application automatically?
Regarding the conflict you say, the Microsoft guidelines say otherwise if I click on the question mark in the uninstallations group.
“Select the groups for which you want to uninstall the app. Apps with this assignment are uninstalled from managed devices in the selected groups if Intune has previously installed the application onto the device via an “Available for enrolled devices” or “Required” assignment on the same deployment.”
what is the explanation ?

If you delete from "Required", the user will not receive app, but if the app has been automatically installed on the device, if you do not uninstall the app, it will remain on your device, and user still can use it
The information means if you have assigned the app as Required or Available for enrolled devices for deployment, you can assign as Uninstall to uninstall it which is if you deploy the app via Intune, you can uninstall it via Intune.
Based on the official document, if you keep user groups both in Required and Uninstall, it will cause conflict, and Required is prioritized over Uninstall.
So, it is suggested that you remove All users from Required and leave the user group in Uninstall.
