Recently we noticed that Device X is no longer manageable in Endpoint though it is under User A's Devices section. So when I went to Device X and signed User A into his account again, Device X is now "Personal", has a different Object ID and does not show up in User A's Devices section. Any ideas?

@Alex Demetriou Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we appreciate your help to clarify something:

1.What did you mean the device X is no longer manageable in Endpoint? Is this device X is deleted from intune? Based on my understanding, if the device X is deleted from intune, we can't see it in intune portal.

2.If possible, please show us the screenshot about the device under Devices > All devices in intune portal.

Note: Please don't forget to erase private information

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

@Alex Demetriou Thanks for your update. It is strange. For the picture1 you provided, MDM shows "None", it means that the device is not enrolled to intune. For picture 2 you provided, MDM shows "intune", it means that the device is enrolled to intune. In my environment, if the device is enrolled successfully, MDM will show "intune" both under User>Devices and Devices >Windows.User's image
