Hi,

I am trying to create a bot for the first time, I am here

https://language.cognitive.azure.com/questionAnswering/projects/bot1/deploy

So the language studio. When i press deploy i get this error "bad gateway" on the summary and below yaml

The subscription '26626a9e-d43e-xxxx-8b24-c623e2bec992' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm.",

. I have tried changing the Region to something else, currently West Europe but then it does not allow me to proceed to deployment. So changing the region is not a solution as per an older thread. have waited for 1-2 days to fix this but still the same issue. So cannot deploy my bot. This is a free trial subscription with "standard " pricing Tier.

Thank you!
