My company exists for more than 10 years and I sent the bellow documents:
Even so, identity validation was refused, even though our domain is linked to our company in Office 365 and we are a company registered as a partner (Microsoft Action Pack). We are a Brazilian company. Does Microsoft reject official Brazilian documents? How can we find out the reason for rejection so we can resubmit the necessary documents?
I tried again using an old domain name of my company and the request was rejected within a few hours without asking for any documents. It is impossible to know what is happening without any information about the reason for rejection. It is a very frustrating process, especially since we are a customer with the domain registered in Office 365.

I think the idea behind the service is good, since development on the Windows platform requires a cost and effort to maintain certificates for Authenticode that does not exist on other platforms. However, the current validation process, with no clear answers and rejections without explanation, is not working well.

The document should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away.
To provide some context. Salutis is an organization formed by three companies. I need to validate the identity of the company "DYAD SISTEMAS DE INFORMATICA LTDA", known by the commercial name "Salutis Tecnologia". However, the domain "salutis.com.br" is registered by another company from the same group called "SALUTIS ADMINISTRACAO EM SAUDE LTDA".
I have provided the documents below:
The finance department no longer has the invoice, only the internal payment record. But the whois records are public for salutis.com.br (https://registro.br/tecnologia/ferramentas/whois?search=salutis.com.br) and and the owner is displayed in the results.
I also tried a second time with the dyad.com.br domain. The legal owner ID of the dyad.com.br domain is the same as the one I'm validating and I thought that would simplify the process. But the second request was rejected immediately, without asking for any documents and without providing any explanation. My current company email address is @salutis.com.br (Office 365) and my old email @dyad.com.br (Google Workspace) has been deactivated and I can't log in using it in the Azure Portal. I don´t known if that was the reason of rejection.
I would like to know how to proceed, considering that the last request was rejected without even requesting documents and I believe that I have provided all the information that proves the identity of "DYAD SISTEMAS DE INFORMATICA LTDA" including a letter digitally signed by the legal owner of both companies involved. We are trying to unify Azure as our cloud provider and it would be very important to have the code signing service within the same provider.

On the second attempt, no documents were requested, we just received an email informing us of the rejection, almost immediately.
I believe that Microsoft's idea with this service is good, since development on the Windows platform requires a cost and effort to maintain certificates for Authenticode that does not exist on other platforms. However, the current validation process, with no clear answers and rejections without explanation, is not good. I hope it improves in the future, but for now we will try to continue with other certifiers with more mature processes.
