I have an Exchange Plan 2 account. When I looking through OWA, I can see a folder for In-Place Archive. Emails are moving to the archive as expected. The In Place Archive has been operating for about a week.

When I login in through Outlook on my desktop, the In Place Archive folder does not show. There is not a folder named "Online Archive" either. I have created a new Outlook profile and deleted the old one. Nothing I do seems to make it work.

Please help.
