Hi TeamI am trying to register for MS Windows Hardware Dev Program in order to submit my Windows 10 driver for certification. I log in with Azure AD Global Administrator account to register. I downloaded and sign SignableFile.bin using Signtools.exe without any issue. However, when I tried to upload the signed SignableFile.bin, it failed with the error "We encountered a problem processing the file you uploaded. Please ensure the file you sign and upload is the same file you downloaded." Can anyone help?
