I was wondering if the field service app can map routes for bookings for a day and feeds it back to Microsoft 365 for automatic calculation of travel and automatic upload of said travel so workers get paid correctly rather than a manual process If so, what is required to set this up eg geospatial controls or API keys.

Hi, unfortunately the Dynamics 365 for FS does not allow me to chat as an individual, and ask questions like on this forum. Just wondering if there is anyone on here that can confirm if fs tracks workers travel distance which filters through to the desktop program and updates to ensure workers get paid correctly rather than having to rely on workers to populate their expenses through the app. Happy to provide additional context if required.
