Windows 10 22H2 update not applicable

I'm running Configuration Manager 2403 now and plan to upgrade our Windows 10 computers to 22H2 version. When I create and deploy the Windows 10 22H2 update to the Windows 10 collection, the Windows 10 computers show the update not applicable. However, I can upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 with a USB stick manually. How can I upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 in bulk?
