Training remote students in Office 365 through azure lab services

my customer wants to train their employees in Office 365 some of who are remote and not in the same location so will be running the trainings online.

The trainees will be required to access office apps in an environment that is not local so through VMs ( because not all trainees have O365 or they have other office versions on their pc)

Is Azure labs an option for my customer to purchase and set up for providing this opportunity to the trainees? how can they make this happen? they have O365 licenses...

    We're no longer onboarding new customers on Azure Lab Services as it will be retired on June 28, 2027.

    Please use the Azure Lab Services retirement guide for options available for you to transition to other Microsoft services or Microsoft recommended partner solutions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/lab-services/retirement-guide
