New Workflow Manager will not install. Stuck at Service Bus services starting.

I have been trying to get Workflow Manger to install. I have a new server with a new install of Workflow Manager. It will not setup. It is stuck at "Service Bus services starting."

    You could refer to this article and check whether you have missed some important steps or preparations are not done well step by step. Hope it could help you.

    Current status:

    In all the articles I never see to add the service account as admin on the server. This and the suggested reg changes for TLS are what resolves it.
