How to add staggered Windows updates to Entra managed user accounts.

Previously when running on active directory enrolled machines, I was able to create separate groups of machines in a WSUS server that would allow me to have a group that received all windows updates a week before everyone else for testing.

Is there a way to achieve this with Entra enrolled users without a WSUS server?

Most of my users are remote and as such an internal WSUS server seems pointless. Is there a specific method on how to do this with Entra/Azure AD?
