On-Prem Server Domain Joined and with Sitetosite VPn Migrate to Azure

We have On-Prem Server Domain Joined and with Site to site VPN and planning to Migrate to Azure .Can we have both on-prem and cloud based for testing and how the config parameters of On-Prem Servers will be transferred to Azure and can it use the same IP of On-Prem in Cloud as we have Azure connectivity from On-Prem to Azure Cloud through Site to Site VPN

    Yes, you can perform test in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

    Azure Migrate Tool will be used for the configuration

    replication from VM to Azure.

    For IP assignment, yes, you can use the same IP addresses in Azure as your on-premises environment, provided there is no overlap in the IP address ranges.
