Hi Community, I have been facing an issue with the accessibility settings on my mobile device for some of the microsoft apps like authenticator, defender, link to windows and launcher. When I turn the access on for them after some time it is turned back off automatically. This seems concerning to me and I think it could be a security issue. I have attached the screenshots along, please let me know how to rectify the issue and provide some solution. Thank You!Screenshot_2024-09-06-19-26-02-52

Hi Sid, thanks for reaching out!

We checked and didn’t find any issues on our end. This might be due to Battery Optimization or Power Saving features being enabled. Could you please disable them and see if that resolves the issue?

Let us know if you need further assistance!
