Hello,
I want to make software available via the company portal that requires interaction.
For example, that you specify an installation path, etc.
An example software would be Docker Desktop.
The installation always fails although it is at 100%.
How can you package such software without the need for user interaction?

We can package apps to .intunewin using Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool and upload them to Intune then deploy them. In Assignment session, please assign to Available for enrolled devices, after that users can install the app from the company portal app.

Please note that when the app was deployed via Intune, it will install successfully without user interaction by simply clicking on install in company portal.

I have done this so many times but every time once it is at 100% installation it fails.
I want to package the software that needs an interaction but this interaction should be executed automatically.

Please note that only silently install command is supported in Intune. If the app installation need user interaction, it will fail.
To help with the issue, please check the following.
1.Please share with us the screenshot of error message in Intune portal and company portal.
2.Please check the IME logs on targeted device to see if exist some error. Location: C:\programdata\microsoft\intunemanagementextension\logs\IntuneManagementextension.log
