Hi,

I am wanting to implement a personal host pool with a scaling plan that hibernates disconnected VMs to save on consumption costs. However this documentation:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/autoscale-create-assign-scaling-plan?tabs=portal#prerequisites

Says that the use of hibernation and FSLogix isn't supported. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Is it on some roadmap for future support?

Cheers,

Jeremy.

    Hello @jeremyahagan
Thanks for patiently waiting. The documentation is correct, currently FSLogix is not supported with hibernation. Many customers using personal desktops use local profiles. I have discussed this with our product team and they have a backlog item for it and as of now we don't have timeline/ETA to share.
You could also write at feedback.azure.com for this feature, product team reviews the requests at the feedback site.
