SCSM 2022 question about "Request Offerings" and "Service Offerings"

Hi,

I have two issues/Questions about "Request Offerings" and "Service Offerings".

  1. Can I rename the "Generic Request Incident (EN)"? As I know, it is created by default and published by default and everyone can see on the Web console portal to create a "Service Request"
  2. Is the "Generic Request Incident (EN)" published for all Domain users, if the user connect to the web console?

The reason is, I have renamed it and published it again, now the user cannot see it on web console portal, only if I login with Administrator account, I can see it.

I did thing that if I create a new "Request Offerings" and "Service Offerings" and published it, it should be available for every user domain
