My office documents won't print in color, even if I save them as a .pdf.

I have created a few documents, and they will not print in color. I've tried saving them as .pdf files and they still print in grayscale. My printer works correctly with document sent to me, but not documents that I edit or create with my office 365.

    Hello,

     

    It is advised to check the display settings first. For example, In Word, go to File > Options > Display > Under Printing Options, enable the setting of 'Print background colors and images'.
