Called Party Name not displaying on Teams Cleint - Direct Routing

Hi Folks,

We have done Direct Routing of Teams with Avaya SBCE. Everything is working fine.

But there are some cosmetic issues -

  1. When Teams client (windows, Android, iOS) is calling Avaya extension number, display is only showing the extension number as external and there is no name of the called party but when Avaya is calling Teams user extension we can see the called party name on Avaya phone and Teams client can see the Calling party name.
  2. On calling PSTN numbers from Teams, there is no ring back tone of service provider on Teams, caller just hears the Teams propriety ring back tone.

Please suggest.
