    What is your personal account type? outlook.com?

    When did your problem start to occur? Did you do anything prior to the error that might have caused it?

    Based on my research on "Error Tag: 9hehw", I found that the error occur on mobile device and be related to authenticator, if you are using authenticator, it's suggested that you could check your authenticator.
