Keep getting temporary profile with FSLogix enabled

We have a RDS farm with 2 RDSH Servers which both have FSLogix installed.

Everything works fine, expect for one user that recently was unable to log in to any of the RDSH Servers.
The error was "The user profile failed to attach" and "Profile is a Windows temporary profile".
When I disable FSLogix membership for this user, I can login without problems. If I enable FSLogix, the error reappears.

In the log file I can see that VHDX is attached succesfully, but after that it states that "This profile is marked as a temporary profile".

There are no profiles present in the c:\users folder on the RDSH servers, nor are there any entries in the registry.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi

Thanks for posting in the Q&A forum

I found a link that may solve your problem, but I need more information

Under the error "User profile cannot be attached" there should be an error code and reason

Link is below, you can compare the images in the link and get the solution

    Best regards
