Speeding up processor by setting registry keys

What do you think of an idea for speeding up the laptop with a locked processor base speed at 1.69GHz as is 11th Generation Intel(R) Core( TM) i7-1165G7 Processor (12MB Cache, up to 4.7 GHz) with setting registry keys:

• Editing key in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\PowerCfg: CurrentPowerPolicy 4 (Descrition is: This scheme keeps the computer on and optimizes it for high performance.)
• I believe this is just for information about ~MHz of the processor: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor folders 0 .. 7: ~MHz - Hexadecimal af0, or Decimal 2800
• In Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\EnergyEstimation\CPU\EfficiencyClass:
  under Key "0" PowerEnvelope in Decimal 4700 and in Hexadecimal: 125c
  under Key "1" PowerEnvelope in Decimal 4700 and in Hexadecimal: 125c
• In Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\EnergyEstimation\CPU\EfficiencyClass\0\PowerCurve erasing first two states of the processor, and reducing PointCount to 4 with Keys in it renamed from 0 to 3 - In Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\EnergyEstimation\CPU\EfficiencyClass\1\PowerCurve erasing first two states of the processor, and reducing PointCount to 4 with Keys in it renamed from 0 to 3

Then processor is usually at 1.38 GHz which is faster then before and it easily goes up to 2.5 GHz...
