    Hello,

    Same error here.
We have been using the schedulled Start/Stop logic apps for a long time, and starting in 20/08 it suddenly stopped working,

Noticed that on 20/08, SSV2_AutomationUpdateGA automated deployment failed, with error details:

The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'failed'. (Code: ResourceDeploymentFailure)

        Package deployment failed

ARM-MSDeploy Deploy Failed: 'Microsoft.Web.Deployment.DeploymentDetailedUnauthorizedAccessException: Unable to perform the operation ("Delete File") for the specified directory ("C:\home\site\wwwroot\bin\Azure.Storage.Blobs.dll"). This can occur if the server administrator has not authorized this operation for the user credentials you are using. Learn more at: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=221672#ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_TO_SITE_FOLDER. ---> Microsoft.Web.Deployment.DeploymentException: The error code was 0x80070005. ---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\home\site\wwwroot\bin\Azure.Storage.Blobs.dll' is denied.

I wonder if its related to the Log Analytics agent retiring.

Any help is very much appreciated.
