    You can reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

    Goto Microsoft Store and download Snipping Tool, Photos, Notepad

    Another option:

    1. Go to Settings > System > Recovery.
    2. Under "Reset this PC," click "Get started."
    3. Choose "Keep my files" and follow the prompts.
