Please help need your expertise!

I restored our Sharepoint server from backup but I'm having trouble accessing central administration functions like Application Management, System Settings, and Backup and Restore. However, I can still open the create sites in Sharepoint 2013. I am receiving an error message that says

"Sorry, something went wrong."

An unexpected error has occurred.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and how to troubleshoot it? Here are some images of the error message and the create sites page.

Thanks in advance.

    Good morning Maria,

    With the information you give,

    1. Review ULS (Sharepoint logs)
    2. Clean your privacy settings for the web browser.
    3. Try to open the CA from other web browser and other WK or server.
    4. Review IIS, sometimes the CA stopped, and review bindings.
    5. Review services as TimeServices and check if there is any change about password.
    6. Try to re-run Sharepoint Configuration WIzard until the steps will finish.

    I'll hope everything get solved.
