I have a touchscreen PC and when I touch two buttons at the same time they toggle (as if they were pressed and released) in a WinUI 3 Application. UWP this does not happen.

This could be by design and It's the difference of accepting Multiple Touch Points between WinUI 3 and UWP. You can also send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app about this concern.

Even acccepting multiple touch, should a normal button behave like a toggle button after being clicked?
