Hi @Natan Perlman Please check if all necessary profiles were successfully deployed according to Deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on macOS with Microsoft Intune Full Disk Access - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endpoint/mac-install-with-intune#step-3-full-disk-access If Intune shows that the profile was successfully installed you can verify it manually. To grant full disk access: Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access . Click the lock icon to make changes (bottom of the dialog box). Grant Full Disk Access permission to Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Defenders Endpoint Security Extension . Select General > Restart for the new system extensions to take effect. I checked the existing settings, I see that the profile exists, and it also appears under Full Disk Access

According to your screenshots permissions were not granted for

Microsoft Defender

Microsoft Defender Security Extension

Please approve the extension by going to Security Preferences or System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access and then selecting Allow, and checking the box next to the following:

Microsoft Defender

Microsoft Defender Security Extension
