Bing Maps API requests were not working yesterday, was there an outage?

We have many customers reporting Bing Maps API service was not working yesterday.

Was there an outage or problem?

    For this type of issue it is best to contact the Bing Maps support team when you are experiencing the issue as they will be able to look into the platform right away. If you are an enterprise Maps Customer you can raise a support ticket for Bing Maps. Go to Microsoft.com/maps and follow the contact us options for Bing Maps for Enterprise.

    Note, many of us on the forums are users of the platform/technology who are active in the developer community, but are not a part of the platform/technology team. So for platform availability issues, contacting the support team will be a lot more efficient.
