Hi folks,

We come across an issue that "VM agent status not ready" shows up everytime the VM auto-shutdown and we manually start it the other day. We have to reset NIC to fix it every time. However this is not a good solution and we are looking for help. Any ideas would be appreciated!

VM details:
Windows 10

Architecture: x64

Size: Standard DS1 v2

vCPUs: 1

RAM: 3.5 GiB

@Carmen Zhao What method are you using to reset the NIC? The first thing that needs to be done is investigate why the VM is failing to properly boot. My recommendation would be to enable and check boot diagnostics to investigate the root cause.
