    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    1,Are you using configuration manager to deploy Windows 11? If yes, you can try to add a reboot step after the "Setup Windows and Configuration Manager" step and set to reboot into OS.

    2,You can also try to apply an Unattend.xml file to skip OOBE during a task sequence. For more information, please refer to:
