Feature Update Profile & Quality Update Profile Device Counts Don't Match

We have a feature update profile and a quality update profile, which are assigned to the same device groups and are on the same update ring.

But when we run a report on both profiles the device counts don't match. They are not even close. As an example, if the feature update profile shows 500 devices. The quality update profile report will only show 150 devices.

All devices are Windows 10 or Windows 11. We have no group policies pushing Windows updates.

The list of devices that have applied the feature update profile contains all of the devices listed on the quality update profile report.

@Maranya, Damon Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
For this issue, could you please check if the device total counts are the same under Reports > Windows updates > Reports > Windows Feature Update Report/Windows Expedited Update Report? If possible, please show us the screen shot.

If the counts are not the same, maybe the profiles don't apply to the target devices successfully.

If there is anything update, we will continue to discuss this issue.
