What if someone has already done everything in that page (which is the same as the "Learn More" page, the only option when it says the names don't align).
I've even gone as far as updating the primary contact in whois in the hopes that may have some impact but unfortunately not.
I've gone through the verification twice and the only difference between my licence and the name everywhere else is that my license has my middle initial. There's nowhere to add this and most the areas to change it just say "Why can't I update this?" the proceeds to tell me I'm not the GA.
Answers to our support tickets are 5 days apart - I finally got a generic response today which just gave the instructions on how to do the verification to begin with so clearly didn't read my email for any of the issues we've had and the attempts to resolve on our end.
