No updates data in Azure Update Manager

Hello,
For few VMs in AUM, we are getting 'no updates data'.
I understand that it means No assessment data is available for these machines.
There are other VMs in the same associated schedules which are getting updates. They have same Windows OS and in the same region.
Any idea why it is happening to only a handful of VMs?

James Jose 0 Reputation points2024-09-09T22:38:09.9233333+00:00 Same issue, nothing fixes it for more than 24 hours. I've got as far as totally remove Arc Agent, Delete all the extension files, remove machine from Arc and reinstall. The machine comes back but drops off again within a day.
