How to Publish Teams App to Organization

Hi,

I've created a Custom Teams App to be published in my Organization, the Teams App is ready and is already published I created the Package and Uploaded to Admin Center and was published and now the Teams Users of the organization can see the App in the list of Apps but when they execute the App the Tab is empty.

If I tried to execute it in the webside I see is redirected to "https://localhost:44302"(When I do this in my Visual Studio and goes to the same address the app works fine) but it's not working when it is published.

When I create the Package in Visual Studio to upload to Admin Center Teams I'm looking that the "manifest.local.json" has the following information this is read-only and was generated autimatically when I created the package to upload it:

User's image

And the "manifest.json" has the following information this is not read-only this is the one I can modify:

User's image

So, my questions are:

1.- Should I specify a specific host in the manifest?

2.-How can I know which Host should I use?

3.-I read maybe that it could be a Firewall or security problem, but, Is it righ that says the word "localhost"? Or how to know which localhost should use? And where I can specify it?

4.-I read should use a Azure account and Deploy to the cloud. Is that right?

I thougth that only uploading in Admin Center the app will be ready.

Regards.
