I had registered for this program, and got approved of credits. Since my linkedin was linked to my personal email, the approval emails got tagged into a different bucket and never got to know about the approval from Microsoft. Unfortunately, the credits have now expired (in April'24) without me even realizing it was there.

Over the last 3 years, we have grown up as a start up and providing services to customers on transformation programs from legacy systems to Microsoft Cloud. At this juncture, it would be great to have the credits, to explore some of the new products from Microsoft, and help provide better services t o the customers.

Are there any options available

    Hi @sriram sundararajan

Apologies for the much delayed response. Regarding regaining your credits, I believe your best option is filing a support request via the Founder's Hub portal. You can discuss the billing issue with a support engineer and work with them to see the possibility of having your credits reinstated.
