This typically due to incorrect SSL certificates setup on your machine or network.
Moreover, looking at the error message it seems like the issue is related to your network and not Bing Service.
- Do you have any proxy or firewall within your corporate network?
- Could you please try to bypass this? If it is not feasible, try to access the Bing endpoint from a completely different network and different machine and check if that helps.
- If you cannot bypass the proxy, you can try adding
connection_verify=False
when you create the client will help to disable the ssl verification. https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python/blob/main/sdk/core/azure-core/README.md#configurations
