    Hi @Henika, Joy

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

In Microsoft Teams, you might encounter the message "you must add one person to the chat" if you're trying to attach a file to a chat that doesn't have any participants yet. Here are the steps to resolve this:

    1. Ensure Participants are Present:
    • Make sure there is at least one other participant in your chat or meeting.
    • If it's a meeting, ensure attendees have joined the meeting.
    1. Add Participants if Needed:
    • In a chat: Click the "Add participants" button (usually represented by a person with a "+" sign) and add at least one person to the chat.
    • In a meeting: Make sure participants have joined. You can invite them if they haven't joined yet by clicking "Show participants," then "Invite someone" and typing their name.
    1. Attach the File Again:
    • Once there is at least one other participant, you can try attaching your file again by clicking the paperclip icon or dragging the file into the chat window.
